This price is for one dance class. Other options include virtual punch cards (10, 5 or 3 classes) that allows you to mix and match all our non-performance dance classes.
Bellydance
Join instructor Sarah for a 3 month series of belly dancing that progressively becomes more complex through the series and focuses on different aspects of belly dance each month. Each class will have a drilling and conditioning section to help build skill and strength.
November- Belly Dance fundamentals
December- Isolations and Shimmies
January- Belly Dance Aerobics and Layering
Belly dance fundamentals will focus on learning the foundation and basic concepts of clean isolations and hip work. This class is for beginners and intermediate students.
Isolations and shimmies assumes students have a basic understanding of belly dance that builds of the fundamentals. Students will learn several types of shimmies as well as sharp and fluid isolations.
Belly dance aerobics and layers assume students have a basic understanding of belly dance and takes it the next level with faster and fun cardio, traveling, and layering, with a focus on core strengthening.
Classes are held on Mondays 6:45-8:00pm 11/11 - 01/27 with Sarah
